I know which sources will be checked: UK bankruptcy and IVA search (Individual Insolvency Register); Bankruptcy search (K16) – Land Charges Register; CCJ search – county court judgments against a person or business; UK disqualified directors search; Check a solicitor or law firm (SRA register); FCA register check – authorised firms and individuals; UK sanctions list screening (FCDO; replaces OFSI Consolidated List). This consent is valid for 30 days and I may withdraw it before the report is compiled. The data is kept only as long as needed to deliver the report.
