Is there a free trial?
Yes. The first month is free, with every module and no credit card.
How much does Joy cost?
With the launch offer: ₪39.99 per user per month before VAT (₪47.19 with VAT), the first month free, and the price locked for 12 months for anyone who joins by 31 January 2027. After that: ₪59 monthly, or ₪54.99, ₪49.99 and ₪40.99 per user per month with a 1-, 2- or 3-year term. In Europe €12 and in the UK £10 a month. All prices are before VAT.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. The monthly plan has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time.
What is the difference between the plans?
Only the price. Every plan includes every module; after the launch offer, the longer the term, the lower the monthly price.
Who counts as a user?
Only people in your office who sign in to Joy — lawyers, interns and staff. Clients, employees and outside lawyers who use portals, signing links, questionnaires and matter rooms take no seat and pay nothing.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Yes. Organizations and legal departments get a custom quote, including onboarding and data migration. Contact sales.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export all of your data at any time and request full erasure.
I am a LawGic customer — is there a switch price?
Yes. For LawGic customers: ₪399.99 per user per year before VAT, with a personal switch code. Ask for yours through the contact form.
Is there a referral program?
Yes. For every paying user who joins with your link — a free month for you and a free month for them.
