How do I open an account?
Click “Start free trial”, enter your name, email and password and choose a plan. You can start working right away.
How do I import existing clients?
In the CRM choose “Import” and upload a CSV or Excel file. Joy maps the columns in Hebrew and English and skips duplicates.
How do I build a court booklet?
In the booklet builder upload the pleading and the exhibits, reorder by dragging and click “Build”. Joy adds a cover, an index, exhibit covers and numbering, and fits every page to A4.
What about scanned documents?
Joy detects scanned pages and runs Hebrew and English OCR on them, so the booklet text is searchable.
How do I replace an exhibit?
Select the exhibit and click “Replace”. Numbering, covers and the index update automatically.
How do I send a document for signature?
In the signature module upload a document, add signers and mark where to sign. Each signer gets a personal link, and you see who opened and who signed.
Is the signature secure?
Every signature is sealed with ECDSA P-256 over a SHA-256 hash, any change after signing is detected, and every process keeps an audit trail and a completion certificate.
How do I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade at any time from account settings. To change the term length, contact us.
Can I cancel?
The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. You can export all your data before cancelling.
Where is my data stored?
Documents you upload to Joy’s document store are kept in Joy’s cloud storage, and working data is also kept in your browser. Any share link can be revoked at any time.
Can I delete all my data?
Yes. You can export all your data and request full erasure from settings.
How do I connect Joy to Claude or ChatGPT?
In Joy, open Connectors and click “Connect” next to Claude or ChatGPT and approve. From then on you can ask the chat to build a booklet, draft a Word document or calculate a court fee — and the result is saved in Joy.
Do I need my own AI key?
Not necessarily. Joy’s built-in assistant is included in paid plans, and you can also connect your own Claude, OpenAI or Gemini key.
How do I disconnect?
In Connectors click “Disconnect” — access stops immediately.
