1. Law and standard
Accessibility follows the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.
2. What we made accessible
An accessibility menu on every app screen: two levels of larger text, high contrast, highlighted links, a readable font and stopped animations. Keyboard navigation with a clear focus outline; structured headings, labels on buttons and fields, page language and reading direction set; browser zoom up to 200% and mobile screens supported; the site is available in Hebrew, English and Arabic.
3. What is not yet fully accessible
PDF files and scanned documents that users upload or receive from third parties; the graphic PDF editor and mouse-based area selection (most actions also have a typed alternative); third-party content and services such as Google, Microsoft, Claude and ChatGPT. No external accessibility audit has been carried out yet; we test and improve continuously.
