Questions and answers

How do I get Israeli High Court of Justice and administrative petition fees?

Only the person concerned can obtain it, directly from Israel Courts Administration (הנהלת בתי המשפט). Net HaMishpat home page -> 'Payments' (תשלומים) -> 'Payment by vouchers' (תשלום באמצעות שוברים) -> enter the voucher number the court system issued -> pay by credit card -> download the receipt. When the claim is filed online, the filing lawyer pays inside the filing flow; 'Pay a request fee in advance' (תשלום אגרת בקשה מראש) is the second payment link.
