Questions and answers
How do I get Israeli Land Registry (Tabu) sale/transfer registration fee?
Only the person concerned can obtain it, directly from Land Registration and Settlement of Rights Authority, Ministry of Justice (רשות רישום והסדר זכויות מקרקעין – לשכות רישום המקרקעין / טאבו). Government payment server (ecom.gov.il) -> Land Registry fees -> choose the action (e.g., caveat, mortgage, sale) -> number of units -> payer details -> pay by credit card -> print the receipt to attach to the application. Lawyers filing online with a smart card pay inside the online filing. At the registry office, kiosks accept credit cards only. Exact labels not confirmed (site blocks automated reading).
