What the report shows
Traffic fee for exchanging a foreign or military driving licence for a Spanish one without a practical test (also A2-to-A upgrade and licence recovery after losing all points). Legal limits
DGT tasas are not issued in the client's name: anyone may buy them and hand over the code (gestorías buy them in bulk, up to 1,000 per payment). Each code is valid once and only for its tasa type. The operator needs a Spanish Cl@ve or electronic certificate to buy online. Refunds for duplicate or wrong payments by request (Mod. 17).
