What the report shows
A US trademark registration must be renewed between the 9th and 10th anniversary of registration and every 10 years after, by filing a combined Section 8 declaration of use and Section 9 renewal with a specimen and fee per class. If not filed (including the 6-month grace period) the registration is cancelled or expires.

Legal limits
