How do I get Brazil patent annuity fee (INPI)?
Only the person concerned can obtain it, directly from Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). meu.inpi.gov.br/pag → Patentes → annuity code for the patent type and year range (222–228 invention, 242–246 utility model; extraordinary codes 223–229 / 243–247) → enter process number and owner CPF/CNPJ → generate GRU → pay. Annuity payment needs no separate petition.
