How do I get Brazil trademark renewal fee (INPI, ten-year extension)?
Only the person concerned can obtain it, directly from Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). meu.inpi.gov.br/pag → Marcas → code 374 (ordinary renewal) or 375 (extraordinary, grace period) → enter registration number and owner CPF/CNPJ → generate GRU → pay → file the renewal petition in e-Marcas with the GRU number.
