What the report shows

Criminal convictions on record for a person aged 16+, or a statement that there are none.

Who needs it

job applicants, immigrants (AIMA), professionals (teachers, security, drivers), visa and nationality applicants

Why people order it

employment (especially with minors), residence permits, nationality, licences, foreign visas

What we need from you

• ✍️Details you type in the form: subject's digital identity (CC/CMD) online; ID document + written authorisation for a third party in person
• 🙋Ordering for yourself? A typed signature in the form is enough.
• 📝Ordering for someone else? Upload a power of attorney they signed — download our ready form. The authority requires the person's signature on the power of attorney to be certified by a lawyer or a notary. ⤓ Ready power-of-attorney form
• 🔐We never ask for passwords or login codes. Where the authority needs the person's own login, we act under the signed authorisation, or guide the person to log in themselves.
• ✅No original document and no post — everything happens online.

Legal limits

Lei 37/2015: own record from age 16; a third party (18+) only with the subject's written authorisation and in person; criminal data is GDPR art. 10 data – reseller may only act on documented consent and must not retain it. Foreigners can instead authorise AIMA to consult directly.
