In legal-department mode a "client" becomes a "business unit" and a "matter" a "request". A business unit opens a request — a distribution agreement, an NDA, an employment contract — and the department sees every request, with an owner and a due date.
Reviewing the contract against the organisation’s positions returns suggestions as tracked changes in Word. The contract goes out for digital signature, and every action is recorded in the audit trail.
