How do I get Portuguese driving licence renewal fee (revalidação da carta de condução)?
Only the person concerned can obtain it, directly from Institute of Mobility and Transport (Instituto da Mobilidade e dos Transportes, IMT). IMT Online (servicos.imt-ip.pt) → log in with the holder's NIF and Portal das Finanças password → driving licence → revalidação → confirm data (medical certificate is sent electronically by the doctor; upload psychological certificate if required) → submit → pay. Category B drivers up to age 50 with Chave Móvel Digital can use the ID.GOV app.
