Only the person concerned can obtain it, directly from Registries and Notary Institute (Instituto dos Registos e do Notariado, IRN). justica.gov.pt → Serviços → 'Pedir registo predial' (or predialonline.pt) → authenticate (Cartão de Cidadão with active digital certificates, or a professional digital certificate for lawyers, notaries and solicitors) → choose the act (e.g. aquisição) → upload documents → choose payment method → pay the reference within the period shown.
