Only the person concerned can obtain it, directly from Registries and Notary Institute (Instituto dos Registos e do Notariado, IRN) – commercial registry. registo.justica.gov.pt → Empresa → create company online → every partner authenticates and signs with Cartão de Cidadão or Chave Móvel Digital (foreigners: CMD linked to passport or eIDAS; or a lawyer/notary/solicitor with professional certificate) → choose name (pre-approved list or admissibility certificate), articles, capital, managers → submit → choose payment (MB WAY, Multibanco or card) → pay within 48 hours.
