Only the person concerned can obtain it, directly from National Registry of Legal Persons (Registo Nacional de Pessoas Coletivas, RNPC) / IRN. registo.justica.gov.pt → Empresas → 'Pedir o Certificado de Admissibilidade' → online request → enter up to the proposed names, company type, seat, object and founders → submit → pay by Multibanco or card within 5 consecutive days → access code sent by e-mail when approved.
